Frontier Karate Academy are holding their final squad training at the Rayleigh Primary School, Love Lane, Rayleigh on Saturday 2nd December. This event is an open training session and selections for the coming English Karate Championships in Leicester in January. Only selected squad members will be able to take part at this prestigious event.

Times: Registration: 2.45pm
12 years and under “Open Training Session” – 3-4pm
12 years and under “Selections” 4-5pm
13 years plus “Open Training/Selections” 5-6pm
